Long-term soil tests are field trials conducted onpermanent plots that are regularly sampled to quantify soil changes over time scales of decades. This article intends to introducelong-term soil fertility testsusing permanent plots aimed atcollecting information on the effects of long-term soil fertility management practices on soil properties. Efforts are also made to develop a general methodologyfor future research. Mosttests on permanent plots in the past mainly focused on soil carbon concentrations over long-term periods to find that continuous applicationof organic matter toarable land led not only to improved soil physical and chemical properties but also toits enhanced biological activity.This is while organic modifiers, especially when improperly applied,may reportedly contributeto environmental pollution. So far few long-term soil tests have been conducted in Iran,most of which havemainly determinedthe residual effects of fertilizers containing single nutrient elements such asphosphorus, zinc, orpotassium. This lack of consistent tests and the scant information thus far obtained necessitate planningfor drastic and targetedtestson Iranian soils.Evaluation of long-term experiments revealed that it will be necessary to employsuch variedland management practicesof livestock manuring, proper crop rotation, and avoidance of severe tillage to enhancecarbon sequestration in soils. Finally, it was observed that the use of chemical fertilizers combined with organic and biological agentsis favorable to increased agricultural production and enhanced sustainable soil fertility.}, keywords = {Fixed plot,Organic carbon,soil properties}, title_fa = {آزمایش‌های بلند مدت، ضرورتی برای ارزیابی روش‌های مدیریت حاصلخیزی خاک}, abstract_fa = {  با توجه به اهمیت حاصلخیزی خاک در تامین غذا،استفاده از روشهای مناسب پایش تغییرات دراز مدت ویژگیهای خاک ضروری است.آزمایشهای دراز مدت خاک آزمایشهای مزرعهای با کرتهای دایم هستند که به طور منظم از آنها نمونهبرداری میشود تا تغییرات خاک را در دوره زمانی دهه ثبت و مورد استفاده قرار دهند.این مقاله به منظور آشنایی با آزمایشهای دراز مدت حاصلخیزی خاک در قالب کرتهای دایم و گردآوردی اطلاعاتی در مورد تاثیر دراز مدت روشهای مدیریت حاصلخیزی خاک بر ویژگیهای خاک به رشته تحریر درآمده است. بسیاری از آزمایشهای مربوط به کرتهای دایم به بررسی وضعیت کربن خاک در دورههای دراز مدت پرداختهاند.نتایج این آزمایشها نشان میدهد استفاده مداوم از مواد آلی در زمینهای زراعی منجر به بهبود ویژگیهای فیزیکی، شیمیایی و فعالیتهای بیولوژیک خاک میشود. از سوی دیگر اصلاح کنندههای آلی میتوانند منبع آلودگی محیط نیز باشند بویژه زمانی که به طور صحیح استفاده نشوند. آزمایشهای درازمدت محدودی در ایران انجام شده است. اغلب این آزمایشها اثر باقیمانده کودهای حاوی فسفر، روی و تعادل پتاسیم را مورد بررسی قرار دادهاند.با توجه به انجام نشدن آزمایشهای منسجم و محدودیت اطلاعات در این زمینهها در ایران برنامهریزی برای اجرای این آزمایشها از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است.از سوی دیگر ارزیابی آزمایشهای دراز مدت نشان داد استفاده از روشهای مختلف به منظور افزایش ترسیب کربن در خاک مانند استفاده از کودهای دامی، اجرای تناوب زراعی مناسب و جلوگیری از خاک ورزی شدید باید اجرا شود. بررسیها نشان داد تلفیق کودهای شیمیایی به همراه منابع آلی و زیستی نتایج مطلوبی در افزایش تولید فرآوردههای کشاورزی و پایداری حاصلخیزی خاک داشته است.}, keywords_fa = {کربن آلی,کرت ثابت,ویژگی های خاک}, url = {https://lmj.areeo.ac.ir/article_115853.html}, eprint = {https://lmj.areeo.ac.ir/article_115853_1106995bbb5e56d0831385445da76cec.pdf} }
