They are,indeed, considered as the most promising candidates for bioindication of soil disturbances such as heavy metals pollution in the soil. Studies ofthe effects of such heavy metals as lead, cadmium, chromium, copper, nickel, zinc, and selenium on different nematode generain different trophic groups usingdiversityanalysis and nematode assemblage indices have shownconsiderable changes in the populations of certain genera of nematodeswith increasing concentration of each specificmetal. Despite theunique characteristics of nematodesinmonitoring soil pollution, it is difficult to generalize the effects of toxic metal pollutants on nematode assemblages in soil asthe outcome of such analyseslargely vary with ecosystem, spatial scale,andsuchlocal characteristics as pH, vegetative cover, and the composition of indigenous nematode fauna present in the soil. In the evaluation of nematode community indices, it is, therefore, preferable toremove the genera that lead to ambiguity in predictions and to restrictthe indices only to those belonging to known genera with already establishedsensitivity or response to specific types of disturbance. Thus, population index analyses will not only yield better predictions but will also be more cost-effective. Examples of practical and commercial applications ofnematode assemblage analysis in other countries formonitoring chemical pollution in aquatic habitats are available that can be usefully exploited toward applied researchto overcome the present limitations in using nematodes formonitoring soil heavy metal pollution in Iran.}, keywords = {Nematode assemblage,Environment,Biomonitoring,Heavy metals}, title_fa = {نماتدها، نشانگرهای زیستی آلودگی خاک به فلزات سنگین}, abstract_fa = {فراوانی و حضور همه جایی نماتدها در اکوسیستمهای مختلف آنها را به یکی از بهترین نشانگرها جهت پایش آلودگیهای زیست محیطی تبدیل کرده است. از بین ارگانیسمهای موجود در خاک، نماتدها بعنوان یکی از بهترین شاخصهای زیستی جهت شناسایی اختلالات موجود در خاک از جمله آلودگی خاک به فلزات سنگین مطرح میباشند. تحقیقات انجام شده پیرامون تاثیر فلزات سنگین از جمله سرب،کادمیوم،کروم،مس،نیکل،روی و سلنیوم روی جنسهای مختلف نماتدها از گروههای مختلف تغذیهای و از طریق تحلیل شاخصهای مرتبط با تنوع و اجتماع نماتدها نشان دهنده تاثیر قابل توجه افزایش غلظت فلزات مذکور روی جمعیت برخی از جنسهای نماتدها است؛ اما با وجود خصوصیات منحصر بفرد نماتدها در پایش آلودگیهای خاک، تعمیم دادن اثرات مشاهده شده آلودگیهای ناشی از فلزات سنگین بر روی اجتماع نماتدها، دشوار به نظر میرسد؛ چرا که نوع اکوسیستم، مقیاس مکانی و همچنین خصوصیات منطقه ای از جمله pH خاک، پوشش گیاهی و وجود فون نماتدهایی که از قبل در خاک حضور دارند میتواند تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج این گونه اطلاعات را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد؛ بنابراین لازم است، در تحلیل شاخصهای جمعیتی نماتدها، جنسهایی از نماتدها را که باعث ابهام در پیشگویی میشوند را حذف و بر روی جنسهای شناخته شدهای که قابلیت بروز واکنش به یک محرک مداخلهگر در محیط خاک را دارند، متمرکز گردد. در این صورت تحلیل شاخصهای جمعیتی هم قابلیت پیشگویی خوبی دارند و هم از لحاظ اقتصادی با صرفه تر هستند. مثالهایی از جنبههای کاربردی و تجاری نماتدها در پایش آلودگی زیستگاههای آبی به آلودگیهایی مانند آلودگیهای ناشی از مواد شیمیایی در سایر کشورها و جود دارد. در این راستا بهرهگیری از نتایج تحقیقات سایر کشورها، توسعه تحقیقات کاربردی در این زمینه و رفع محدودیتهای موجود میتواند زمینه ساز استفاده از نماتدها در پایش آلودگی خاک به فلزات سنگین باشد.}, keywords_fa = {اجتماع نماتد,محیط زیست,پایش زیستی,فلزات سنگین}, url = {https://lmj.areeo.ac.ir/article_115864.html}, eprint = {https://lmj.areeo.ac.ir/article_115864_47b1e1a875fb0cc60b111b4f660759ec.pdf} }
