ازتوباکتر و نقش آن در مدیریت حاصخیزی خاک
ازتوباکتر باکتریگرم منفی، هوازی، شیمیوارگانوتروف در اشکال میلهای، کروی و بیضوی می باشد. این باکتری متعلق به رده گاما-پروتئوباکتریها و خانواده سودوموناداسه بوده و هفت گونه دارد. ازتوباکتر فاقد توان اسپورزایی است ولی معمولاً تشکیل کیست میدهد. گونههای مختلف ازتوباکتر از مناطق بسیار گرم و حاره تا مناطق قطبی و در محدوده pH 3 تا 9یافت میشوند. با اینحال عمدتاً در خاکهای خنثی تا قلیائی یافت میشوند. ازتوباکتر قادر به تثبیت نیتروژن مولکولی به صورت غیر همزیست میباشد. این باکتری میتواند انواع اسیدهای آمینه، ویتامینها و هورمونهای محرک رشد گیاه و انواع اگزوپلیساکاریدها را سنتز کند. تعداد ازتوباکتر در خاک معمولا کمتر از 104 است. میانگین تعداد ازتوباکتر در برخی خاکهای کشاورزی ایران 103×5/1 سلول در هر گرم خاک گزارش شده است. نقش ازتوباکتر در رشد گیاه به واسطه تولید هورمونهای محرک رشد، توان حلکنندگی فسفاتهای نامحلول، افزایش جذب عناصر، تثبیت نیتروژن، افزایش مقاومت به تنشها و بیوکنترل عوامل بیماریزای گیاهی میباشد. برخی سویههای ازتوباکتر پتانسیل خود را در زیست پالایی اراضی آلوده نشان دادهاند. نتایج معنیداری در مورد اثر تلقیح ازتوباکتر بر رشد محصولات مختلف از جمله غلات، سبزیجات و درختان مثمر بدست آمده است. نیاز ازتوباکتر به مواد کربنی ساده و کمبود مواد آلی در بسیاری از خاکهای کشاورزی، عدم قطعیت در تکرارپذیری و اثربخشی مایه تلقیح ازتوباکتر و عدم توان رقابت با کودهای شیمیایی در افزایش عملکرد محصول از مهمترین دلایل رونق کمتر استفاده تجاری از مایه تلقیح ازتوباکتر است. با اینحال توان ماندگاری طولانی مدت ازتوباکتر در خاک و بستههای مایه تلقیح و قابلیت کاربرد آن برای محصولات مختلف از مهمترین مزیتهای نسبی ازتوباکتر است. تجمیع صفات مختلف محرک رشد در یک سویه و پژوهش در مورد ایجاد توان برقراری رابطه همزیستی ازتوباکتر با گیاهان مهم کشاورزی از جمله غلات از طریق بررسیهای مولکولی از مهمترین پیشنهادات برای ادامه پژوهشها در این مورد میباشد.

ارزیابی اثر میانمدت آبیاری با پساب تصفیه شده بر ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک (مطالعه موردی: تصفیهخانه فاضلاب شهر بندرگز)
در این پژوهش ضمن بررسی ویژگیهای فاضلاب ورودی و پساب خروجی از تصفیهخانه شهری بندرگز بر اساس آمارهای دوره بهرهبرداری و نمونهبرداریهای صورت گرفته در طی تحقیق، اثرات استفاده میانمدت از پساب (90- 1383) بر ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور، دو نمونه از فاضلاب ورودی و سه نمونه از پساب خروجی تصفیهخانه تهیه گردید و 25 پارامتر کیفی فاضلاب مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. همچنین چهار نمونه خاک از عمق 30-0 سانتیمتری خاک اراضی تحت آبیاری با پساب در ابتدا و اواسط فصل کشت و دو نمونه خاک از اراضی مجاور تحت آبیاری با آب معمولی تهیه و ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی آنها تعیین گردید. نفوذپذیری خاک نیز به روش استوانههای مضاعف اندازهگیری گردید. نتایج نشان داد که بر اساس روش آزمایشگاه شوری آمریکا، راهنمای آیرز و وستکات، راهنمای استفاده از آب هندوستان، راهنمای تقسیمبندی کیفی آب ایران، استانداردهای خروجی تصفیهخانههای فاضلاب شهری، راهنمای نشریه شماره 535 وزارت نیرو و استاندارد ملی استرالیا پساب خروجی از تصفیهخانه شهر بندرگز برای مصارف آبیاری مناسب میباشد. همچنین کاربرد میان مدت پساب بر اساس طبقهبندی ریچاردز، شینبرگ و اوستر، رودز و همکاران، آزمایشگاه شوری ایالات متحده آمریکا و راهنمای طبقهبندی اراضی برای آبیاری در ایران در مقایسه با اراضی تحت آبیاری با آب معمولی محدودیتی بر گیاهان و افزایش شوری و مشکلات سدیم را به وجود نمیآورد.

اثر آلودگی خاکها به فلزات سنگین بر تولید گیاهان دارویی
بررسیهای سازمان بهداشت جهانی نشان دادهاست،در سالهای اخیراستفاده از داروهای گیاهی بهطور چشمگیری در سراسر جهان افزایش یافتهاست. با گسترش محبوبیت و تجارت گیاهان دارویی، سلامت، امنیت و کیفیت مواد خام گیاهان دارویی و محصولات فرآوریشده آنها به یک نگرانی عمده سازمانهای جهانی تبدیل شدهاست. آلودگیهای زیست محیطی،از جمله فلزات سنگین یکی از معیارهای کنترل کیفیت گیاهان دارویی و محصولات فرآوریشده آنها میباشند. تحقیقات مختلف نشان دادهاست، غلظتفلزات سنگین در گیاهان دارویی به محیط رشد آنها، نوع گونه گیاهی، شرایط خشک کردن، ذخیرهسازی، حمل و نقل و فرآوری آنها بستگی دارد.آلودگی محیط رشد گیاهان دارویی به فلزات سنگین ممکن است با تحت تاثیر قرار دادن مسیر زیستساختی متابولیتهای ثانویه، باعث تغییرات قابل توجه در کمیت و کیفیت این متابولیتها شوند. سازمان بهداشت جهانی حداکثر مقدار مجاز کادمیوم، آرسنیک و سرب برای گیاهان دارویی رابهترتیب3/0، 1 و 10 میلیگرمدر کیلوگرماعلامکردهاست. حتی برخی عناصر دیگر مانند مس، روی، منگنز، مولیبدن و نیکل در سطوح بالا میتوانند سمی باشند ولی سازمان بهداشت جهانی تا به امروز محدودیت خاصی برای این عناصر اعمال نکرده است. با توجه به افزایش استفاده از کودهای شیمیایی، سموم و آفتکشهای مختلف برای افزایش عملکرد محصولات کشاورزی از یک طرف و توسعه شهرنشینی و فعالیتهای صنعتی و همچنین مکان برداشت نامعلوم گیاهان دارویی در ایران، عدم نظارت و نبود مقررات ملی برای جمعآوری گیاهان وحشی(طبیعی) و احتمال جمعآوری از مکانهای آلوده به فلزات سنگین،ممکن است در مواردیاین عناصر در گیاهان دارویی انباشته شوند. اقدامات نظارتی کافی و کنترل کیفیت گیاهان دارویی و محصولات فرآوری شده آنها در کشور باید انجام شود. مقاله حاضر به بررسی اثر آلودگی فلزات سنگین بر تولید گیاهان دارویی و فراورده های آنها می پردازد.

بررسی تناسب اراضی در نواحی زراعی-زیستگاهی آبیک برای زراعت گندم و جو دیم
یکی از ابزارهای مؤثر برای شناخت توانمندیهای اراضی و اختصاص آن ها به بهترین و سودآورترین انواع بهرهبرداری، پهنهبندی زراعی- زیستگاهی است. محدوده ی مطالعاتی به وسعت 16618 هکتار در شهرستان آبیک در شرق استان قزوین قرار دارد. برای پهنهبندی نواحی زراعی- زیستگاهی منطقه مطالعاتی از تصاویر ماهوارهای و سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی استفاده شد. پس از پهنهبندی زراعی- اقلیمی ( بر اساس نقشههای هم باران، هم دما و طول دوره رشد) و پهنهبندی زراعی- خاکی ( بر اساس نقشههای خاک، شیب و کاربری اراضی)، در نهایت 43 پهنه زراعی- زیستگاهی به دست آمد. تعداد 24 واحد نقشه بر اساس مطالعه خاکشناسی در منطقه استخراج شد. مشخصات اقلیم، خاک و توپوگرافی هر پهنه با نیازهای رویشی گندم و جو دیم مقایسه و کلاسهای تناسب اراضی با استفاده از روش پارامتریک (ریشه دوم) تعیین شد. پتانسیل تولید اراضی (عملکرد پیشبینی شده) محصولات در هر یک از پهنهها، تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد عملکرد پیشبینی شده برای گندم دیم بین 1/342 تا 3/2992 کیلوگرم در هکتار و عملکرد پیشبینی شده برای جو دیم بین 7/454 تا 6/4042 کیلوگرم در هکتار برآورد شد. در حالیکه عملکرد زارعین نسبت به عملکرد پیشبینی شده بسیار پایینتر است. نتایج نشان داد که منطقه مورد مطالعه برای کشت گندم از نظر اقلیمی نامناسب و برای جو دارای تناسب بحرانی است که دلیل آن کم بودن مقدار بارندگی طی سیکل رشد است. علاوه بر محدودیت اقلیم؛ محدودیتهای شیب، سنگریزه و عمق خاک در شمال منطقه، همچنین شور و سدیمی بودن اراضی و گچ در جنوب منطقه نیز مهمترین عوامل محدود کننده برای رشد محصولات مورد نظر است. در صورت کشت دیم در منطقه مورد مطالعه، محصول جو مناسب و در عجب بعدی گندم معرفی میشود. با توجه به کمبود بارندگی در انتهای سیکل رشد محصولات گندم و جو دیم، میتوان با تأمین آب به وسیلهی آبیاری تکمیلی، عملکرد محصولات را افزایش داد.

شیب پخش در غشای نازک (DGT) تکنیکی جدید در اندازهگیری زیست فراهمی عناصر معدنی خاک برای گیاهان
مقدار کل عناصر معدنی در خاک ارتباط بسیار ضعیفی با فراهمی عناصر برای گیاهان دارد. تکنیک DGT (شیب پخش در غشای نازک) اخیراً در پیشبینی زیست فراهمی عناصر کمیاب و کم مصرف، فسفر و پتاسیم عملکرد خوبی از خود نشان داده است. در این تکنیک، عناصر پس از عبور از لایه هیدروژل در ژل پیوندی تجمع مییابند. در این مقاله مروری، جزئیات ساخت و استفاده از DGT، شرایطی که در آن همبستگی DGT با پاسخهای گیاهی قابل توجه است، بحث میشود. تئوری روش DGT تشریح شده و به برخی نتایج حاصله در مورد عناصر کمیاب، فسفر و پتاسیم اشاره خواهد شد. اگر جریان پخشیدگی عنصر مورد نظر از خاک به ریشههای گیاهی محدود کننده سرعت جذب باشد، همبستگی قوی بین DGT و جذب گیاهی قابل پیشبینی است. اگر جذب توسط جریان پخشیدگی محدودکننده نشود، ممکن است شارش DGT و جذب گیاهی همبستگی نشان دهد به شرطی که جذب گیاهی هنوز اشباع نشده باشد. اما رقابت کاتیونها ممکن است بر جذب عناصر توسط گیاهان تحت این شرایط تاثیرگذار باشد، در حالیکه بر شارش DGT اثری ندارند. همچنین اگر پخشیدگی محدودکننده نباشد، کمپلکسهای ناپایدار، مشارکتی در جذب عناصر نخواهند داشت اما توسط DGT اندازهگیری میشوند. بنابراین اگر جذب گیاهی توسط پخشیدگی محدود نشود، تفسیر همبستگی مشاهده شده با اندازه گیری DGT صحیح نخواهد بود.

تزریق سولفات آهن در خاک، راهکاری ارزان برای درمان کمبود آهن درختان میوه
آزمایشی که در فاصله سالهای 1391 تا 1392 در یک باغ هلو در منطقه شهریار انجام شد، این شبهه را برطرف نمود.در این آزمایش کارآیی روش تزریق سولفات آهن - مواد آلی به تنهایی و یا به همراه اسید سولفوریک، در مقایسه با کلات آهن ارزیابی شد. اندازه گیری شدت سبزی برگ با استفاده از کلروفیل متر نشان داد که تزریق سولفات آهن - مواد آلی به همراه اسید سولفوریک، به اندازه کلات آهن در شرایط باغ آزمایشی موثر بوده است. غلظت منگنز در برگ، در تیمار "کلات آهن" کاهش شدیدی نشان داد در حالی که در تیمار تزریق اینگونه نبود. کاهش غلظت منگنز در برگ پس از مصرف کلات آهن پدیدهای شناخته شده در علم تغذیه گیاه است که خوشبختانه این ویژگی منفی در روش تزریق سولفات آهن دیده نمی شود. شدت سبزی برگ در اوایل سال دوم، همزمان با اوج زردی برگ و برای ارزیابی اثربخشی تیمارهای سال گذشته نیز اندازه گیری شد، که بیانگر تدوام اثربخشی تیمارهای تزریق بود. از طرف دیگر زردی برگها در تیمار کلات آهن مشهود و بیانگر کوتاه مدت بودن اثربخشی این کود بود. اطلاعات موجود نشان میدهد که برای مقابله با زردی برگ در بسیاری از باغهای میوه، روش تزریق سولفات آهن با کود آلی و اسید سولفوریک، جایگزین مناسب و ارزانی برای کلات آهن می باشد.

ارزیابی تخریب خاک به روش GLASOD ، مطالعه موردی دشت ارومیه
تخریب خاک بهمعنی کاهش کیفیت خاک است که یکی از علل آن میتواند استفاده نامناسب از اراضی بهوسیله انسان باشد. کاهش کیفیت خاک ناشی از تخریب فیزیکی، شیمیایی و زیستی است. این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی و ارزیابی کیفیت خاک و اراضی، تعیین انواع تخریب اراضی و برآورد شدت آنها براساس فرمهای تکمیل شده اطلاعات میدانی و بالاخره تهیه نقشههای مربوطه در محیط GIS انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد خاکهای عرب لو و اردشاهی جزء خاکهای شور و جبل کندی نیز جزء خاکهای شور و سدیمی محسوب میشود. بیشترمساحت منطقه تحت تاثیر فرسایش خاک سطحی میباشد.تخریب فیزیکی، شوریزایی و فرسایش مواد مغذی و آلی خاک در مرتبههای بعدی اهمیت قرار دارند. شوریزایی به خصوص در حاشیه دریاچه ارومیه و نیز در برخی قسمتهای میانی دشت ارومیه قابل مشاهده است. با توصیههایی برای بهبود کیفیت فعالیتهای کشاورزی سنتی و تبدیل آن به روشهای مدرن میتوان تاثیر بسزایی در کاهش تخریب اراضی از نوع فرسایش داخلی خاک و شستشوی مواد مغذی و آلی خاک داشت. نوع عملیات مورد نیاز برای اصلاح اراضی براساس نوع، درجه و شدت تخریب که از نقشههای مربوطه قابل دستیابی است، انتخاب شده و میتواند مورد استفاده کارشناسان قرار گیرد.
