پیامدهای اجتماعی و بومشناختی تغییر بیرویه کاربری اراضی کشاورزی
تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی پس از کم آبی، دومین مشکل اساسی کشاورزی ایران محسوب میشود و نمونهای از ناکامی سازوکار بازار در حفظ محیط زیست بهشمار میرود. این امر سبب نابودی بخش اعظمی از زمینهای کشاورزی شده و از دیدگاه امنیت غذایی، خودکفایی و اشتغال پایدار جامعه روستایی، پیامدهای اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی بسیار حائز اهمیت است. فشار صنعت، گردشگری، بحران کم آبی و کاهش حاصلخیزی و بهرهوری بخش کشاورزی، تغییر سبک زندگی روستاییان، خلا قوانین بازدارنده و فساد اداری، حفاظت از اراضی کشاورزی را دشوارتر میکند. بررسی در میان تحقیقات انجام شده نشان میدهد که مشکلات اقتصادی مردم، درآمد کم، افزایش هزینههای زندگی و کشاورزی، به صرفه نبودن فعالیتهای کشاورزی و مشکلات مربوط به بازاریابی و فروش محصولات، نداشتن پشتوانه مالی، افزایش کاذب قیمت زمین و مسکن، از مهمترین عوامل اقتصادی تغییر کاربری هستند. با جمعبندی مقالات و نظرات متخصصین رشتههای مرتبط مشخص گردید که تغییر کاربری زمین منجر به خسارتهای جبران ناپذیر به عرصههای طبیعی شامل گسترش بیابان زایی و فرسایش خاک، و وقوع بلایای طبیعی مانند رانش زمین، سیل و تغییر اقلیم، از بین رفتن پوشش گیاهی، کاهش تنوع زیستی و حاصلخیزی اراضی و پیامدهای منفی زیست محیطی همچون آلوده شدن منابع آبی و خاکی توسط صنایع آلایندهی غیرمجاز به خصوص در حاشیه رودخانهها، ساحل دریا و مناطق مجاور منابع آب شرب و کشاورزی و نهایتاً مرگ تدریجی کشاورزی و تهدید جدی امنیت غذایی میگردد. از نظر کارشناسان علوم اجتماعی، علاوه بر این پیامدهای محیط زیستی، تغییرکاربری باعث پدید آمدن تغییرات ساختاری در ابعاد اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فیزیکی روستاها شده است که منجر به نابرابری درآمد روستاییان و گسترش تبعیض و بی عدالتی، سرخوردگی روستاییان، ایجاد تنشهای خانوادگی و تعارضات فرهنگی، از دست دادن هویت خانوادگی و اجتماعی، افزایش تمایل به مهاجرت، کاهش انگیزه برای برنامه ریزی درازمدت فعالیتهای کشاورزی، کاهش اشتغال مولد و پایدار و نهایتاً تبعات اجتماعی و فرهنگی جبران ناپذیر در روستاییان میگردد که برخی از جنبههای آن بطور مشروح در این مقاله بحث گردیده است.

آزمایشهای بلند مدت، ضرورتی برای ارزیابی روشهای مدیریت حاصلخیزی خاک
با توجه به اهمیت حاصلخیزی خاک در تامین غذا،استفاده از روشهای مناسب پایش تغییرات دراز مدت ویژگیهای خاک ضروری است.آزمایشهای دراز مدت خاک آزمایشهای مزرعهای با کرتهای دایم هستند که به طور منظم از آنها نمونهبرداری میشود تا تغییرات خاک را در دوره زمانی دهه ثبت و مورد استفاده قرار دهند.این مقاله به منظور آشنایی با آزمایشهای دراز مدت حاصلخیزی خاک در قالب کرتهای دایم و گردآوردی اطلاعاتی در مورد تاثیر دراز مدت روشهای مدیریت حاصلخیزی خاک بر ویژگیهای خاک به رشته تحریر درآمده است. بسیاری از آزمایشهای مربوط به کرتهای دایم به بررسی وضعیت کربن خاک در دورههای دراز مدت پرداختهاند.نتایج این آزمایشها نشان میدهد استفاده مداوم از مواد آلی در زمینهای زراعی منجر به بهبود ویژگیهای فیزیکی، شیمیایی و فعالیتهای بیولوژیک خاک میشود. از سوی دیگر اصلاح کنندههای آلی میتوانند منبع آلودگی محیط نیز باشند بویژه زمانی که به طور صحیح استفاده نشوند. آزمایشهای درازمدت محدودی در ایران انجام شده است. اغلب این آزمایشها اثر باقیمانده کودهای حاوی فسفر، روی و تعادل پتاسیم را مورد بررسی قرار دادهاند.با توجه به انجام نشدن آزمایشهای منسجم و محدودیت اطلاعات در این زمینهها در ایران برنامهریزی برای اجرای این آزمایشها از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است.از سوی دیگر ارزیابی آزمایشهای دراز مدت نشان داد استفاده از روشهای مختلف به منظور افزایش ترسیب کربن در خاک مانند استفاده از کودهای دامی، اجرای تناوب زراعی مناسب و جلوگیری از خاک ورزی شدید باید اجرا شود. بررسیها نشان داد تلفیق کودهای شیمیایی به همراه منابع آلی و زیستی نتایج مطلوبی در افزایش تولید فرآوردههای کشاورزی و پایداری حاصلخیزی خاک داشته است.

نماتدها، نشانگرهای زیستی آلودگی خاک به فلزات سنگین
فراوانی و حضور همه جایی نماتدها در اکوسیستمهای مختلف آنها را به یکی از بهترین نشانگرها جهت پایش آلودگیهای زیست محیطی تبدیل کرده است. از بین ارگانیسمهای موجود در خاک، نماتدها بعنوان یکی از بهترین شاخصهای زیستی جهت شناسایی اختلالات موجود در خاک از جمله آلودگی خاک به فلزات سنگین مطرح میباشند. تحقیقات انجام شده پیرامون تاثیر فلزات سنگین از جمله سرب،کادمیوم،کروم،مس،نیکل،روی و سلنیوم روی جنسهای مختلف نماتدها از گروههای مختلف تغذیهای و از طریق تحلیل شاخصهای مرتبط با تنوع و اجتماع نماتدها نشان دهنده تاثیر قابل توجه افزایش غلظت فلزات مذکور روی جمعیت برخی از جنسهای نماتدها است؛ اما با وجود خصوصیات منحصر بفرد نماتدها در پایش آلودگیهای خاک، تعمیم دادن اثرات مشاهده شده آلودگیهای ناشی از فلزات سنگین بر روی اجتماع نماتدها، دشوار به نظر میرسد؛ چرا که نوع اکوسیستم، مقیاس مکانی و همچنین خصوصیات منطقه ای از جمله pH خاک، پوشش گیاهی و وجود فون نماتدهایی که از قبل در خاک حضور دارند میتواند تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج این گونه اطلاعات را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد؛ بنابراین لازم است، در تحلیل شاخصهای جمعیتی نماتدها، جنسهایی از نماتدها را که باعث ابهام در پیشگویی میشوند را حذف و بر روی جنسهای شناخته شدهای که قابلیت بروز واکنش به یک محرک مداخلهگر در محیط خاک را دارند، متمرکز گردد. در این صورت تحلیل شاخصهای جمعیتی هم قابلیت پیشگویی خوبی دارند و هم از لحاظ اقتصادی با صرفه تر هستند. مثالهایی از جنبههای کاربردی و تجاری نماتدها در پایش آلودگی زیستگاههای آبی به آلودگیهایی مانند آلودگیهای ناشی از مواد شیمیایی در سایر کشورها و جود دارد. در این راستا بهرهگیری از نتایج تحقیقات سایر کشورها، توسعه تحقیقات کاربردی در این زمینه و رفع محدودیتهای موجود میتواند زمینه ساز استفاده از نماتدها در پایش آلودگی خاک به فلزات سنگین باشد.

راهکارهای کاهش افت سطح آبهای زیرزمینی (مطالعه موردی: دشت لاور - استان هرمزگان)
کمبود آب و عدم مدیریت صحیح منابع آب قابل دسترس، بحران آبی را ایجاد میکند که وقوع خشکسالیها باعث تشدید آن میگردد و دارای ابعاد مختلف زیستمحیطی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی است. هدف این تحقیق، بررسی کمیت آبهای زیرزمینی دشت لاور بخش فین از توابعشهرستان بندرعباس، شناسایی و ارزیابی پیآمدهای ناشی از برداشت بیرویه از سفره آب زیرزمینی و ارائه راهکارهای مفید برای مشکلات پیشرو است. به منظور انجام این پژوهش، آمار شش چاه مشاهدهای در یک دوره 20 ساله (1394-1374) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور کلیه اطلاعات هواشناسی، هیدرولوژیکی، هیدروژئولوژیکی، زمین شناسی و جغرافیایی منطقه جمعآوری و تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. پس از آن افت سطح ایستابی، کسری مخزن منطقه آب زیرزمینی دشت محاسبه گردید. طبق محاسبات انجام شده سطح آب زیرزمینی دشت در طی دوره 20 ساله 28/4 متر افت داشته که بهطور متوسط سالانه 21 سانتیمتر افت سفره بوده است. با توجه به اینکه از منابع سطحی حدود 10درصد و از منابع زیرزمینی حدود 90درصد برداشت انجام میشود و بیشترین میزان آب برداشتی از منابع آب زیرزمینی صرف آبیاری زمینهای کشاورزی میشود، با حفاظت آب در کشاورزی و بهبود روشهای آبیاری بعلاوه انجام اقداماتی همچون بیان مشکلات و افزایش سطح دانش بهرهبرداران و کنترل دقیق در برداشت از منابع آب زیرزمینی با نصب کنتورهای حجمی از میتوان میزان افت سطح آب زیرزمینی و پیامدهای ناشی از آن را بهحداقل رساند.

ارزیابی شاخصهای جذب و انتقال عناصر غذائی سه پایه مرکبات
به دلیل اینکه پایهها سیستم ریشه یک درخت را تشکیل میدهند، بنابراین بر جذب آب و عناصر غذایی و انتقال آنها به قسمتهای مختلف گیاه اثرگذار میباشند. تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثر سه پایه متداول در شمال کشور (شامل: نارنج، سیتروملو و سیترنج) بر مقدار جذب و توزیع عناصر غذائی بین بخشهای مختلف گیاه و نیز بر شاخص تجمع و انتقال عناصر غذائی اجرا شد. بدینمنظور، پایههای یکساله از سیتروملو، نارنج و سیترنج در گلدانهای پلاستیکی تحت شرایط گلخانه در خاکی لومی کشت شدند. پس از شش ماه، پایهها برداشت و مقدار وزن خشک و نیز غلظت فسفر، پتاسیم، کلسیم، آهن، منگنز، روی و مس در ریشه، ساقه و برگ اندازهگیری شد. در ادامه، شاخص تجمع و انتقال عناصر غذائی با استفاده از روش تجزیه عامل به منظور تمایز پایههای مختلف از لحاظ جذب عناصر غذائی محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که سیترنج در جذب فسفر و آهن، سیتروملو در جذب پتاسیم و مس، نارنج در جذب کلسیم، منگنز، نسبت به دیگر پایههای بررسیشده برتری داشتند. علاوه بر این، رتبه پایهها از نظر شاخص تجمع عناصر غذائی به صورت نارنج>سیتروملو~سیترنج و نیز رتبه پایهها از نظر شاخص انتقال نسبی عناصر غذائی بهصورت سیتروملو>سیترنج>نارنج بود. نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که پایههای مرکبات رفتار تغذیهای متفاوتی داشته و توانائی این پایهها برای جذب و انتقال عناصر غذائی متفاوت است.

اثرات پساب بر کیفیت خاک و آبهای زیرزمینی (مطالعه موردی ذوب آهن اصفهان)
استفاده از پسابهای صنعتی به جبران کمبود آب کشور کمک کرده اما از اثرات سوء تخلیه بیرویه فاضلابها و خسارت آنها به منابع آب و محیط زیست نمیتوان چشم پوشی کرد. برای بهرهگیری مجدد از پسابها نیاز است که به کیفیت آن آگاهی داشته و برای کاربرد آن در بخشهای گوناگون مسائل زیست محیطی حاصله از جمله آلودگی آبهای زیرزمینی در نظر گرفته شود. در این راستا هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی کیفیت پساب صنعتی ذوب آهن طی سال 1386 و در فصول مختلف و اثرات آن بر آب زیرزمینی تحت تأثیر پساب صنعتی است. برای انجام پژوهش چاههای آبواقع شده در پاییندست استخرهای تبخیری پساب ذوب آهن انتخاب شدند. نمونهگیری از پساب صنعتی و آب چاههای انتخابی به صورت فصلی صورت گرفت و در نمونهها پارامترهای pH ,EC، کاتیونها، آنیونها، نیترات، سختی کل، کل مواد معلق، کل املاح محلول و غلظت عناصر سنگین سرب، کادمیم، مس، آهن کرم،منگنز، کبالت و روی اندازه گیری گردید. نتایج نشان داد پساب صنعتی مورد مطالعه جهت تخلیه به آب سطحی یا چاه جاذب ار نظر ویژگیهایEC,N-NO3,BOD,COD,Cl,SO42-و برای استفاده در آبیاری از نظر ویژگیهای EC, SO4 2, Cl,,N-NO3, TDSو غلظت عنصر کبالت (مقادیر اندازهگیری شده تا 14/0 میلی گرم در لیتر در مقایسه با حد مجاز 05/0 میلی گرم در لیتر) در مقایسه با استاندارد خروجی فاضلابها (سازمان محیط زیست،1373) فراتر از حد مجاز بوده و محدود کننده بودند. در بررسی اثر پساب صنعتی بر آب زیرزمینی مشخص شد، آب زیرزمینی در اطراف واحدصنعتی ذوب آهن دارای محدودیتهای EC,TDS,N- NO3,HCO3-,SAR,Cl-,SO42-و غلظت عنصر سنگین Co بود. مقادیر اندازه گیری شده برای عنصر کبالت برابر 14/0 تا 20/0 میلی گرم در لیتر در مقایسه با حد مجاز 05/0 میلی گرم در لیتر بوده است.

رفتار و سرنوشت نانوذرات در خاک
از آنجاییکه نانوذرات فلزی بهطورگسترده در صنعت فناوری نانو استفاده میشود، این احتمال وجود دارد که نانوذرات از مسیرهای مختلف بهویژه از طریق لجن فاضلاب وارد محیط خاکی شوند. پژوهش حاضر یک نمای کلی از بررسی سرنوشت و انتقال نانوذرات فلزی در خاک ارائه میکند. ویژگیهای نانوذرات (بهعنوان مثال، اندازه، شکل، بار سطحی) و خاک (برای مثال pH، قدرت یونی و مقدار رس) فرآیندهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی آنها را تحت تاًثیر قرار داده و منجر به حلپذیری نانوذرات و تجمع آنها شده است. علاوهبر این، برخی از این برهمکنشهای خاص بهویژه نقش مواد آلی محلول در جذب مستقیم نانوذرات توسط ریزجانداران خاکزی و فراهمی اشکال مختلف نانوذرات مهندسی شده بهندرت بررسی شدهاند. رفتار نانوذرات در خاک، تحرک و زیستفراهمی آنها برای ریزجانداران خاکزی و ریشه گیاهان را کنترل میکند. اطلاعات اندکی در مورد تأثیر فرآیندهای حلپذیری و تجمع نانوذرات بر شدت سمیت آنها وجود دارد و در بسیاری از موارد بررسیهای موجود نتایج متفاوتی داشته و تفسیر فرآیندهای مؤثر را غیرممکن ساخته است.
